A message dated May 7, 2006, was read stating the Senate has passed                                 
CSHB 484(FSH) with the following amendment and it is transmitted                                    
for consideration:                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 484(FIN)                                                   
     "An Act allowing for revenue received from issuance of additional                              
     entry permits to be appropriated for reimbursement to salmon
